Gallery House is a freshly renovated 1940’s house in the centre of the picturesque village of Dwellingup, adjoining the Lost Eden Art Gallery. The recent refurbishment offers a modern and clean interior while still retaining the charming period features of the building, art deco leadlight windows, ceiling roses and cornices. The house is in the centre of Dwellingup. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a main bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with two singles.
The main bathroom and ensuite are both accessible for wheelchair users.
The kitchen has a 900mm six burner oven with rangehood, large fridge and a dishwasher. All the necessary cooking and serving utensils are also available. A bright and sunny dining area is just off the kitchen and leads to the lounge area, which has large, modern sofa seating to get cosy on next to the woodfire.
Also just off the kitchen is the back sunroom, another peaceful space to enjoy a morning coffee as you gaze out to the backyard through the open bifold window. This space also has clothes washer and dryer laundry facilities.
The backyard has a raised deck area, perfect for backyard barbies and it has a central fire pit for use in winter.
