The Jarrah Forest Lodge (JFL) was originally established for forestry cadets back in 1952. It is a part of the Forest Heritage Centre and offers backpacker style accommodation for individuals or groups. There are 16 twin share and one family room with shared bathroom facilities.  A large well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room seating 25 people has a wood fire for chilly winter nights. There is a large entertainment area with table tennis table, an outdoor gazebo with barbeque and a volleyball court.

It is a short walk from the Forest Heritage Centre which makes it an ideal location for people taking weekend workshops at the Centre.  The JFL is a great stopover on the Bibbulmun track or the Munda Biddi bike trail, both of which pass through Dwellingup. It is perfect for groups who want a comfortable but affordable location for arts and nature based education and tourism. We have a well equipped, air conditioned conference room with a wood fire, small kitchenette that can accommodate 35 people. The conference room can be hired together with, or separately from the accommodation. The Jarrah Forest Lodge is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the town centre and Hotham Valley railway.
