The Dwellingup Community Village Inc operates the Community Centre based in the Old Nursing Post which provides facilities for numerous groups and services. There is a fully equipped meeting room, a doctor’s surgery, a waiting room, a therapists room, a craft room, a small library and a kitchen. All rooms are available for hire and the building has disabled access to all areas.

The Community Centre is the first stage of a major project to provide villas for senior citizens in Dwellingup. The majority of the villas will be offered on lease for life with a small number of rental units. They will are built on the land surrounding the Community Centre. To be eligible for a villa you will need to currently live in Dwellingup, have previously lived in the town, or have family members who live in Dwellingup.

The Community Centre is available for use by the whole community and will ensure that there will be interaction between the wider community and the residents of the Seniors Village. If you are interested in hiring a room in the Community Centre or want to make enquiries about the seniors complex then please make contact by phone or email.
